Job Description
- Plan, implement and manage relations strategies with schools & universities
- Organize and manage various Marketing & Public Relations activities
- Plan, manage the CEO office
- Measure performance of each activity and event
- Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
- use different channels to optimize campaign's reach and success
- Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand
- Arrange and coordinate interviews
- Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influences and politicians
- Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices
- Global mindset with understanding of international Education cultures and ways of working.
- General administrative support for the CEO such as: phone coverage, expenses, scheduling, calendar management and travel coordination
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand initiatives and announcements,
- Maintain files and systems
- Maintain agendas and group meetings calendar
- Support for projects across the team as needs arise
- Assist in tracking timelines and deadlines across the global communications team
- Maintain meeting agendas and summaries
- Track timely media coverage
