Job Description
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network for all units.
- Support call center system.
- Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Analyze current system and network capability to develop computer information resources in order to provide data security and control
- Procurement for hardware & software to implement the design
- Diagnose, resolve technical hardware, software and operation issues
- Check all company IT services such as domain service, e-mail service, internet access, SCALA system, SUN system and other application logs.
- Design and implement a backup schedule for the whole company.
- Review backup jobs for all services
- Work on the development and the improvement of the day to day activities for better performance and to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Responsible for all servers in terms of administration, daily health check.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, File Share, DNS & DHCP administration activities.
- Kaspersky security center operations (Protection & Encryption)
including database administrators, network and security teams, and assist in overall implementation and troubleshooting. - Printers and other peripherals installation and configuration and troubleshooting.
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a Must.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
- 5+ years’ experience in system administration.
- Knowledge of system security techniques.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Installing new software and hardware components.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Prefer real estate background.
