Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Provide basic and accurate information by answering questions and requests
  • Handle all social media platforms
  • Sending quotation emails and follow up
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Reply to emails, phone calls or face to face enquiries
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Provide regular updates to the design team on any issues
  • Communicating with staff, clients, suppliers and others in a timely and professional manner

Job Requirements

  • Skills in organizing workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience within a similar administration role
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably females
