Job Description
- Develops and implements tendering/Contracting policies and procedures, and communicate them with all stakeholders.
- Assess Evaluate and monitor contracts to assure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes.
- Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. and follows up related claims and ensure full meeting of agreed upon conditions and terms, and to resolve any complications.
- Guide and direct the tender action procedures including the preparation of Tender evaluation reports.
- Refine and optimize tenders management organization to ensure best-in-class and fully efficient tender process workflow.
- Prepare and submit any reports required by the top management.
- Ensure the completeness of documents and required approvals to proceed with the requests.
Job Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must be fluent in English.
