Job Requirements
- A University degree.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the software systems development life cycle (SDLC) process and support.
- Experience with banking industry systems is mandatory.
- Experience in supporting 24x7 systems is a must.
- Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other team members.
- Significant in-depth knowledge of supported applications, systems and network platforms as well as software/hardware configurations.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented. Ability to positively influence others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Well-developed facilitation, negotiation and people management skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi task.
- Fluent in oral and written English
