Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Gain an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct meetings regularly with the Electronic Transaction Security Sector Director to help consistency in project goal.
- Performs other duties as described by Electronic Transaction Security Sector Director.
Job Requirements
- Experience in operations analysis.
- Ability of actively looking for ways of improvement and good service orientation.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Knowledge of controlling operations of equipment or systems.
- Excellent experience in quality control analysis - conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
