Overview

As a Production Engineer, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical engineering and production to manage key pipelines and systems, particularly those involving PVC , PE ,and PPR materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily production activities to meet targets and maintain high-quality standards.

• Implement and monitor manufacturing best practices, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.

• Manage and troubleshoot pipeline systems, specifically those involving PVC , PE and PPR, ensuring operational integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and enhance overall productivity.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance planning for production machinery and equipment.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production documentation and reports.

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality control standards within the production environment.

Skills & Technologies

You will utilize a robust skill set encompassing Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Mechanical Engineering principles. Your hands-on experience with pipe, Pipeline Management, PVC, PE, and PPR will be essential. We value a proactive approach to Process Optimization, Quality Control, and Problem Solving.
