Job Description
- Subject Matter Expert with a deep understanding of Networking & Cloud environment. Preferably AWS, VMware.
- Exposure to scripting & automation.
- Telecom VAS Network, basic protocols used. Troubleshooting at TCP level.
- Troubleshooting of IPSec VPN tunnels with various vendors like Cisco, Openswan.
- Maintain service uptime & SLA as committed. Capacity planning & Redundancy management.
- Root cause analysis & implement various recommendation as suggested by engineering teams.
- Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
- Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting on Linux environments. Exposure to working with various WebServers (Apache, Tomcat).
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant Experience
- Experience on Linux platform should be able to troubleshoot issues related to AWS, Network & Linux environments.
- Good understanding of Telecom domain, GSM architecture. Basic Protocols used SS7, SIP.
- Networking - Concepts, basic protocols, devices used and different topologies used.
- Should have performed automation in tasks through scripting.
- Certifications: RHCE, CCNA
