Job Description
- Document help desk requests and resolutions.
- Test computer software or hardware, using standard diagnostic testing equipment and procedures
- Install new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems Configure computer networks.
- Test computer system operations to ensure proper functioning.
- Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems.
- Monitor the performance of computer networks.
- Provide technical support for computer network issues
- Responding to queries via email, or phone
- Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
- Experience in the configuration and administration of Windows 7,8,10
- Maintain an inventory of IT property and assets.
- Install and configure call center software and hardware.
- Prepare daily reports and project status reports
- General knowledge about CRM or ERP Systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering- Computer or Computer Science or any related majors.
- +2 years of experience in the same field
Extensive knowledge of computer systems including networks administration. - Good analytical skills for problem solving
- Excellent communication ability.
