Job Description

  • Develop & play an influential role in principal marketing planning which will support the achievement of annual sales and financial targets, gain approval from Principals with a key focus on brand strategy, creativity, sales impact, and financial payback.
  • Manage, develop, train and motivate vendor manager (s) in order to maximize their impact on the Brands and Company success, and to prepare them for future career advancement.
  • Drive and communicate all initiatives by brand both externally (Partners/Distributors) and internally (Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Accounting) to ensure on-time deployment and enable execution with excellence.
  • Responsible for all principal brand initiatives implementation and accountable to proactively communicate and manage all initiative issues and problems to resolve effectively in a clear and transparent way so as to always avoid any negative surprises.
  • Supervise closely, analyses and evaluate initiatives (including in-market retail visits for at least each major initiative) to maximize learning to understand the impact of the initiative on brand performance and to provide lessons learned for next planning cycle.
  • Ensure that Brands sales fundamentals & guidelines are followed & maintained by Sales & Merchandizing and operation in order to develop the brand to exploit its full potential in the market.
  • Prepare demand forecasting and ensure that physical stock (via Logistics) and POSM management (via partners or distributors ) supports customer demand during initiative periods.
  • Manage initiative budget control, initiative payback/ROI thinking and profit contribution analysis for their Brands to enable senior management to make sound decisions on investment in Brands.
  • Leading with operation team the sales process with the IT team to automate the operation
  • Reporting to Egypt Categories Lead

Job Requirements

  • +10 Years of experience in corporate and Distributors
  • +2 Years in same business
  • FMCG solid experience is must
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • E-Commerce experience is plus
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Hard worker, working under pressure
  • Data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Team player and Time Management skills.
  • Ability to travel to our governorates of Egypt.
