General Accountant

Key Responsibilities  
 

• Manage & analyze all regular accounting processes such as A/R &A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
• Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
• Ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
• Do and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire/wirless transactions.
• Administer all bank transaction, oversee data recording procedures monthly and do monthly reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly payroll, by overseeing the required documents & reviewing attendance sheets.
• Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Participate in audit schedules for external audit processors.
• Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
• Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs.
• Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.
• Communicate (verbally or in writing) in a polite, respectful and efficient mode to all concerned parties
• Maintain the BOH area to its standard and coordinate with kitchen management to request work-orders
• Handle property, equipment, uniform and food & beverage products with care and take ownership, this includes the retrieving, stocking, cleaning and service of all these items
• Respond properly to emergency or safety situations
• Support the team and counter-parts in any way possible, accordingly to the business needs
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management staff
