Data Architect

Analyzes the Client business needs to define the required data solution;segregates the solution components and interaction,prepares and presents the required documents, presentations, demos and proof of concept (PoC).

Estimates the level of effort and skills/seniority required for the fulfillment of the recommended solution.

Reviews the technical proposal to ensure total compliance to the technical aspects and overall consistence of the proposal and submits to the presales team for clarifications.

Drafts the work breakdown structure, highlighting the interdependencies between tasks and submits to the Project Manager.

Prepares the resources and technical environment plan and submits to Project Manager.

Conducts awareness sessions to the project team to explain project scope and objectives.

Prepares Data Architecture, Migration Strategy, Meta-Data Models, Data Quality Strategy … etc. with the support of the Solution and Application Architecture to ensure total compliance to the sold solution and customer needs.

Acts as the technical expert on the project and resolves any issues if raised.

Reviews all TO BE processes and applications requirements developed by Applications Architect and ensures technical soundness, adherence to project scope and meeting customer expectations.  

Reviews “Project Status Report” submitted to project team,ensures implementation of corrective action and submits it to Project Manager to consolidate and submit to the Client.
