- Contact potential customers to inform them about the client's service.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information sale
Job Requirements
- FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY (Any intermediate or less than native level will NOT be accepted)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Undergrads are welcome to apply
- Sales skills
- Experience in call centers is preferable but not required
