Job Description

Design and development

  • Assist the learning and development specialist in designing the quality learning content, materials and resources including e-learning materials.
  • Create the agenda of the training and events.
  • Proofread, edit, and translate training materials.

Trainers relations

  • Assist in recruiting trainers through screening, phone-interviews, demos and handle the handover process.
  • Send acceptance and redirection emails.
  • Check the trainers’ availability and lock them.
  • Submit the training’s feedback results to the trainers.
  • Develop and update trainers' database, internal tracking sheets and document their scores.
  • Monitor and evaluate the trainers’ performance.

Execution

  • Liaising activities between internal teams and trainers to ensure proper implementation.
  • Handle communication with the finance department and implement related requests as preparing purchase orders and procurement staff.
  • Manage event setup.
  • Compile training' materials.
  • Handle orientation sessions for volunteers and guide them throughout the event day.
  • Document events by taking photos during the day.
  • Supervise the whole training day and oversee implementation of Agenda.
  • Solve problems that pop up during training and events.

Job Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
