- Fulfilling all the recruitment process (Job post, CV Screening, interviews, job offer).
- Ensuring New Hire Paperwork is Completed and Processed.
- Performing orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
- Maintaining records of personnel-related data and office Files
- Assisting in all other HR activities such as O.D, Com. & Ben.
- Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is the must
- 0-2 years in the HR field
- Very good in Excel and other ms. office packages.
- Fluent Arabic & English is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
