Job Description
- Covering different types of meetings.
- Provide complete meeting support, including materials preparation and notes or minute taking & follow up Required tasks of different departments after meetings
- Responded to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes.
- Reminding Egypt Deputy Manager with important matters and requesting
- Alert, Schedule and confirm appointments , cancelations or new meetings.
- Maintain scheduling and Event calendars.
- Setting internal, Local & Foreign Purchase orders, delivery notes, reviewing invoices.
- Following Up tenders requests that may concern the company in multi channels.
- Following up tenders' deadlines & results.
- Writing and printing quotations approved by Upper Management.
- Supervising ,monitoring & organizing the work of secretarial, clerical, administrative & office staff.
- Handle client billing inquiries and client complaints.
- Attend exhibitions with the company's team members, provide support to customers and answer their inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or License degree at least.
- 6+ Yrs of Experience in positions like" Executive Secretary, office manager, Personal Assistant & Administrative Assistant"
- Very good command of English language.
- High command of interpersonal skills.
- Well organized & has the ability to manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Outlook, Internet searching.
- Preferred to have knowledge in social media moderation.
