Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Write training manuals.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Train computer users.
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
- Ask Questions to determine nature of Problem
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Job Requirements
- V.good English is a must
- Must worked in the IT field as a help desk before not less than 1 Year
- BC of computer science or information system university
- Males Only
- Doesn't have any problem to work on shift basis
