Job Description
- Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the employees and workers of production and fully supervising the inputs, and outputs of the production processes.
- Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and the sales department.
- Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards.
- Follow-up maintenance.
- Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
- Reporting on all aspects of the process of production and achievements and failures.
- Commitment to achieving the objectives of the management and implementation of key performance indicators required KPIs
Job Requirements
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Familiarity with ERP System is an asset.
