Job Description
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Managing account team assigned to each client
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Develop and specify Business Unit operational objectives through aligning with company objectives medium-term and annual planning to ensure the strategic objectives achievement.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
- Designing, handling, and participating in process improvement projects with other departments to ensure the continuous excellence in service delivery
Job Requirements
- University degree with a profound practical technical background in Contact Center.
- 5 years’ experience of business operation in a similar role
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (oral/written)
- Successful track record with reference to:
- Achieving Customer Service excellence.
- Increasing customer loyalty.
- Developing and managing a large Contact Center team.
- Sales, Marketing and customer service campaign management.
