Job Description
- Coordinate the development & execution of Marketing activities plans and projects to achieve sales and Marketing objectives.
- Set up tracking systems for off-line and online Marketing Campaigns.
- Track the competition activities by regular monitoring of Marketing mix of different developers.
- Assist with the design and upkeep of our social media presence: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.
- Assist with the production of artwork, source images, check copywrite of different Marketing collaterals.
- Organize the production of branded items such as stationary, merchandize and giveaways.
- Maintain and update good supplier’s data base.
- Produce clear and effective written correspondences of letters and mails.
- Compile, summarize, consolidate data in the forms of graphs, final presentation and in illustrative formats.
- Assist in the development of different promotional activities, events, road shows to attract new clients/ leads.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure that tasks are fully briefed and campaign objectives are met till final execution.
- Monitor budgets by comparing actual versus planned activities.
- Produce other Marketing related material such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition related projects.
- Document and file all department material, offers, samples that are related to Marketing activities.
- Assure smooth communication with all company departments.
- Align and inform other departments with all upcoming Marketing plans and activities.
- Communicate with finance department for suppliers’ payments.
- Prepare and design the different Job advertisements on social media as requested by the recruitment department.
- Implement all team events, take photos when needed and post highlights on social media.
- Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently update.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing and growth campaigns.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role with digital experience.
- Real Estate-related knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent Written and oral English skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Advanced PC skills, Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
