Job Description
- Responsible for dealing with the governmental institutions to finalize all the needed legal documents.
- Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, writing and revising contracts of all company projects with the clients.
- Handle the procedures of the contract with the clients and internal employees.
- Explain all the contract components to the clients and answering their inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years work experience, preferable in real estate/ developer side," commercial projects is a plus"
- Good negotiator and facilitator.
- Good in Mircosoft office.
- Preferable live in 6th October, Mohandesen, Sheikh Zayed.
