Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including organic and paid marketing
- Optimize ads and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Set and manage campaign expenses, maintaining budget throughout campaign lifetime, estimating monthly costs
- Measure and Monitor & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Marketing research & analysis.
- Marketing strategy plan on a long and short-term basis.
- Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments, Google updates, and changes in algorithms

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications
- 4+ years of experience at a digital agency is a must.
- Experience in web design & development, e-commerce.
- Fluency in English
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent Managerial Skills.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Experience in digital marketing at a strategic and hands-on operational level.
- Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the existing paid social landscape and enthusiasm for discovering new, emerging platforms or capabilities that increase efficiencies and engagement.
- Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Business, Google Ads, etc.
- Working knowledge of paid social tactics, bidding & optimization models, 3rd-party tracking, audience targeting, and ad formats.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to comfortably translate large data sets into actionable takeaways and insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
