Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including organic and paid marketing
  • Optimize ads and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Set and manage campaign expenses, maintaining budget throughout campaign lifetime, estimating monthly costs
  • Measure and Monitor & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Marketing research & analysis.
  • Marketing strategy plan on a long and short-term basis.
  • Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments, Google updates, and changes in algorithms
  • Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Knowing how to plan and having the ability to manage time

  • Relevant experience including (GDN, CMS, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM, analytics)
  • Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy

  • Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications
  • 4+ years of experience at a digital agency is a must.
  • Experience in web design & development, e-commerce.
  • Fluency in English
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent Managerial Skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Experience in digital marketing at a strategic and hands-on operational level.
  • Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the existing paid social landscape and enthusiasm for discovering new, emerging platforms or capabilities that increase efficiencies and engagement.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Business, Google Ads, etc.
  • Working knowledge of paid social tactics, bidding & optimization models, 3rd-party tracking, audience targeting, and ad formats.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to comfortably translate large data sets into actionable takeaways and insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude
