Job Description
Elsalon.net, is Egypt's first traditional marriage platform. We are looking for a life coach and a family counsellor/relationship expert to provide support to our users in all issues related to choosing their spouses. The candidate will be available online on our platform for about 8 hours/day.
- Guide female users through the process of choosing their spouses and all the complicated situations that might arise therein. Propose appropriate matches for female users.
- Initiate useful dialogues with the users in order to understand their concerns and help them gain confidence
- Resolve the conflicts that arise between the users (due to misunderstanding for examples)
- Suggest improvements on the policies and regulations of the platform
- Respond to certain critical comments and messages on social media
Job Requirements
- A University degree
- Personal coaching experience and preferred experience in family counselling and psychic counselling
- A lot of wisdom and common sense in dealing with different kinds of users and making decisions related to marriage related issues.
- Fast learning and fast typing skills
- Preferred experience with social media.
