Job Description
- Understanding the changing business needs regarding people issues, internal communication, and personnel administration.
- Implementing, developing, maintaining, and following up HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Advising line managers and employees on questions and problems related to people processes.
- Supporting managers and employees in issues related to the whole employee life cycle (recruit, retain, perform, develop, reward, exit) Ensuring that HR IT Systems/applications are in place to support efficiency and effectiveness of HR-related processes.
- Actively supporting related HR projects such as ad hoc reporting, analysis, budget, and internal audit preparation and follow-up.
- Supporting line managers in identifying recruitment needs and interviewing final shortlisted provided by Talent Acquisition team.
- Onboarding newcomers and newly assigned employees.
- Build up an employee relationship management and develop a standing as a competent and accepted contact partner successfully.
- Continuous update of Company Internal Rules as per Local or Global amendments.
- Monitor the code of conduct is respected by the staff.
- Ensure proper medical insurance coverage for all staff.
- Supervise Global Insurance Policy.
Job Requirements
- Experience in an Advertising Agency is a Preferred.
- Preferred to be a resident in New Cairo area or else near
- HR certificate/diploma is Preferred.
- Must be a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Private medical insurance will be a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioral)
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
- Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Excellent English and Arabic (written & spoken)
- Professional appearance and personal
