Job Description

  • Monitor & implement the processes of time attendance & Overtime for all factory Employees by reviewing attendance system reports, to ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Completing the payroll cycle  
  • Monitoring, maintaining, preparing, updating, and processing a variety of forms, reports and submitting it to the Manager 
  • implementing company policies 
  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Supporting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop engagement Schemes for the factory employees 
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Developing training programs and conducting training considering the outcomes of TNA 
  • Evaluate and monitor the success of training programs and report feedback to the Talent Management function
  • Receiving hiring requests and finalizing the whole recruitment process (White/Blue)
  • Ensure all the processes are compliant with Egyptian labor law
  • Oversee Day to day HR operations
  • Overseeing the archiving process
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new employees - providing administrative support for temporary staffing in close cooperation with external agencies - Provide Daily HR guidance to HODs

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience related to the shared Job Description.
