Job Description
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Monitor electrical and pneumatic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the technical features of cooling, injection machine systems and electrical systems.
