Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources Availability, Allocation and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Coordinate with Other Managements (Procurement, Finance, Stores, Technical Office and Planning) Management for any Project Requirements and Technical and Financial Needs.
- Supervising Work Staff (Construction Manager, Technical Office, Planning, Accounts, Admins And Store Keepers).
- Follow Up for Client Payments and Arranging for Subcontractors Invoicing.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Lead quality assurance.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess result of project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good English language.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven working experience in Sewage Networks Projects ( Networks, Force Main, Pump Station).
- Advanced knowledge of Site management processes, means and methods.
- Understanding of all facets of Work process.
