Job Description

  • Maintain a strategic working relationship with all team members and all key departments.
  • Be a lead ambassador of Le Garage at all times and Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Recruit potential customers by recommending our products or service and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish new customer accounts and record account information on the company’s system.
  • Be knowledgeable about the product.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Effectively communicate with other team members in different departments within the organization.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Act as a company gatekeeper.
  • Abide by and enforce internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 1-3 years in selling luxury products. 
  • Experience in luxury items is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Certification in customer experience, marketing, social media marketing or customer service (Is preferred).
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
  • Confidence and strong self-assured to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
  • Personal integrity.
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping a focus on the customer.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to work in teams.
