Job Description
- Maintain a strategic working relationship with all team members and all key departments.
- Be a lead ambassador of Le Garage at all times and Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Recruit potential customers by recommending our products or service and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish new customer accounts and record account information on the company’s system.
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Effectively communicate with other team members in different departments within the organization.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Act as a company gatekeeper.
- Abide by and enforce internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven 1-3 years in selling luxury products.
- Experience in luxury items is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree, Certification in customer experience, marketing, social media marketing or customer service (Is preferred).
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
- Confidence and strong self-assured to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
- Personal integrity.
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping a focus on the customer.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
