Job Description
- Lead and execute the HSE Management Systems and lead the required Certifications process.
- Provide support to Project Manager and site staff in terms of HSE.
- Coordinate with the client safety department
- Conduct risk assessment for any new activity/new machine/facility (in consultation with Project Manager.
- Inspection of all workplaces, the promotion of the safe conduct of work, hazard identification techniques and communication of corrective measures to management.
- Development, implementation/delivery and revision of HSE induction, toolbox talks and other training programs to all site staff.
- Ensure HSE information is systematically disseminated to all personnel.
- Investigation of all accidents, incidents, and occurrences in coordination with Project Manager or supervisor and to keep all records.
- Understanding the HSE procedure fully and following the same in their day to day activities.
- Ensure all HSE-related documents/reports/statistics are up-to-date and available on site. Equip themselves for any audit
Job Requirements
- Engineering Background is a MUST
- Min. 4 years in the same Field
