Job Description

  • Reduces waste during production process.
  • Complies with ISO accreditation requirements.
  • Follows up of finished free status (daily, weekly and monthly) with MRP and sales.
  • Detects the suitable routing of finished free or current rejected production on lines from cost point of view.
  • Monitors the line performance for all lines and the follow up the corrective action to improve line yield.
  • Monitors line scrap for all production lines and follows up the corrective action to minimize scrap rate.
  • Customer satisfaction by customer visits (claims or technical support) and achieving the customer requirements.
  • Follows up of random inspection on warehouse and packing to be sure that they are working with proper procedure.
  • Evaluates and follows up raw material suppliers (Paints, zinc, materials, chemicals and oils).
  • Leads and supervises Mechanical and Chemical Lab activities.
  • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
  • Plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
  • Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
  • Decides whether to accept a product or continue business with a vendor.
  • Reviews all data obtained during all quality activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
  • Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities.
  • Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
  • Prepares and presents technical issues to the management team.
  • Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
  • Participates in the evaluation of new products and trails with develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection and testing.
  • Reviews customer requirements and making sure they are met.
  • Writes management/technical reports and customers’ charters.
  • Identifies training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Plans, conducts and monitors testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
  • Investigates customer complaints and non-conformance issue.
  • Responsible for Quality Module on SAP (Quality Business Owner).
  • Develops, recommends and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
  • Supervises technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
  • Perform quality assessments.
  • Consult with Department Managers  to discuss:
  • Suppliers Categories.
  • Solve Technical Problems.
  • Edit Workflow System...etc
  • Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applied science or Engineering field.
  • SAP User (Plus).
  • MBA (Preferred).
  • ISO courses.
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing or Production Engineering; familiarity with employer's industry may also be necessary.
  • Not less than 7 Years Experience in the same field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command in English.
