Job Description
- Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
- Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing
- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Conduct business reviews using CRM programs and ERP
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales department and being able to handle presales and sales admin team.
Job Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience.
