Job Description

  • Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
  • Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
  • Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
  • Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing
  • Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Conduct business reviews using CRM programs and ERP
  • Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the sales department and being able to handle presales and sales admin team.

Job Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience.
