Job Description
- Arrange between Sales Dept. and Production Dept. to insure Max. Capacity Utilization & Optimum on Time Delivery.
- Issue all Internal Production Orders to Shop Floor & Purchase Requisitions to Purchasing, follow it till the end.
- Handle efficiently all MRP Activities through ERP and its impact on both Production & Purchasing to avoid Assembly lines stoppage.
- Prepare periodically (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) all Capacity & Achievement Reports.
- Review (and Renew if necessary) the Inventory Management Policy to avoid neither Excess nor Stockout.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Or Electrical is a must)
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- CPIM Certificate is highly recommended
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Certificate is preferable
- ERP Experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Bahn, AX Dynamics) is a must
- Analytical Thinking, and Problem Solving Skills.
- Multitask, and Time Management Skills
