Job Description

  • Responsible for the linguistic quality of all projects handled by the company and making sure it meets customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Motivating resources to perform their tasks with highest quality standards.
  • Developing and monitoring new strategies for improving resources' performance.
  • Participating in formulating strategic plans and decisions for standardizing, enhancing the work process and develop the company.
  • Managing department cost and budget.
  • Ability to create new business lines within Translation Industry.
  • Ability to Expansion internationally.
  • Increase the client’s portfolio and company revenues.
  • Initiating new ideas and methods to enhance and promote translators' performance.
  • Analyzing and tracking all resources' performance to customize training needs accordingly.
  • Setting department annual objectives.
  • Assisting team leaders to set tailored objectives for individuals.
  • Following up the progress of resources' objectives.
  • Following up the implementation of orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Supervising the annual appraisal process for the company employees

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in the translation industry.
  • Business oriented and has good business network.
  • Professional in the use of computer software & applications.
  • Perfect In English & Arabic Languages.
  • Project Management Skills with proven Track.
