Job Description
Scope:
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Tracks, Organizes & implement related accounts payable transactions & keeps a detailed updated record of all previous, current & future steps.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in accounting, economics, or commerce.
- Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years ( in Accounts Payable)
- Background in Construction Industry / Materials Supply is a must
- Very good level of using MS Excel & preferable prior ERP experience
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Planning & Organizing Skills
- Residents of Nasr City, Heliopolis, Shoubra or New Cairo are preferred
