Job Description

  • Job posting, candidate contact & CV's phone screening.
  • Handle first interviews & candidate pre-assessment.
  • Handle employees evaluation file with each BU manager & report to management.
  • Make deals with educational institutes to provide courses to employees at good rates.
  • Arrange skill development sessions through 3rd party  consultants .
  • Assist Recruitment & Personnel development Specialist
  • Handle employee attendance file.
  • Perform investigations & situation assessment.
  • Handle employees vacations & penalties file.
  • Handle new hires paperwork required.

Job Requirements

  • Good Command of Microsoft Excel.
