- Job posting, candidate contact & CV's phone screening.
- Handle first interviews & candidate pre-assessment.
- Handle employees evaluation file with each BU manager & report to management.
- Make deals with educational institutes to provide courses to employees at good rates.
- Arrange skill development sessions through 3rd party consultants .
- Assist Recruitment & Personnel development Specialist
- Handle employee attendance file.
- Perform investigations & situation assessment.
- Handle employees vacations & penalties file.
- Handle new hires paperwork required.
