Job Description
- Handle incoming local procurement requests from all departments (Sales & Marketing & HR & Finance & IT..).
- Negotiate and close purchase orders and contracts.
- Maintaining procurement records such as items purchased costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.
- Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments in the procurement market
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Follow up on goods/services delivery within the Purchasing Order (PO) delivery terms.
- Preparing Weekly reports.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft office
