Job Description
IN3 is hiring a Guru Product Architect/Tech. Lead to lead its Products' technical team and to build on the successes they already made. The perfect fit should have passed through the extensive technical software development experience enabling him/her to lead a team, mentor them, and own the design-related and architectural decisions for the products.
We highly prefer someone with an entrepreneurial mentality and passion who had his/her share in experiencing and participating in software products being built up.
Overall Duties & Responsibilities:
- Being a key contributor in constantly enhancing IN3's products.
- Lead, coach, guide and mentor a team of Junior and Senior Software Engineers.
- Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality is being acheieved.
- Evaluate, motivate, train and guide the team to become more competent and to support them acheiving their goals.
- Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them to the team.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Node.js and related technologies and frameworks.
- Strong experience in Javascript and typescript
- Good experience in front-end frameworks.
- System Design, Design patterns Software Architecture.
- SQL / NoSQL databases and Database architecture skills.
- Solid Experience developing and improving REST APIs
- Strong experience in Agile “Scrum” methodology.
- Strong knowledge in design patterns and code standards.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation specially in UML.
- Good experience in relational database and SQL query
- Good knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD) concepts and containerization.
- Experience in Docker containers and Docker-Compose is a plus.
- Experience in Linux server or windows server is a plus.
- Nice to have experience working with SQL Server.
- Nice to have .NET Framework or DotNet Core background experience.
- Very good English language is necessary.
