Job Description
- Schedule and Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Attend with manager the meeting and takes notes.
- Answer phone calls and receive emails and redirect them when necessary.
- Make travel arrangements for manager.
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients and other departments.
- Receive guests and foreigners clients.

- Relent Bachelor's degree
- Experience in administration and office management from 5 to 7 years, Age from 32 to 38
- Excellent Microsoft Office & Excellent English
- Presentation skills
- Ability to formulate professional communication, email, letter, offers,.... etc
