IT Audit Deputy Manager

Under limited supervision, acts in a lead role for domestic internal IT audits.  Designs and develops audit procedures.  Recommends and submits reports on identified corrections and controls in need of improvement:

• Reviews IT risks, functions and activities, and evaluates relations in order to determine and recommend nature, scope and direction of proposed risk based audits.   Designs audit procedures to execute the annual audit plan, assess controls and to meet audit objectives.
• Prepares reports for internal company executives. Summarizes audit objectives, scope, findings, conclusions and management response. Conducts oral and written presentations to all levels of management, as appropriate, during and upon the completion of audits. Ensures audit summary is prepared within established deadline.
• Assessing the adequacy of controls over information system environment including but not limited to IT infrastructure, IT governance, information security and digital projects.
• Audit multiple modules of SAP & Oracle Fusion applications’ controls and related IT general controls.
• Performs statistical sampling to accomplish audit procedures. Obtains, analyzes and appraises supporting data utilizing various software applications.
• Performs testing and walkthrough procedures to determine adequacy of controls’ design and performance.
• Makes oral or written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the IS audit, discussing observations and recommending corrective action to improve operations.
• Reviews and analyzes the control structure, performs walkthrough and testing procedures, documents testing results that are reviewed by external auditors, and communicates results to the process owners
• Maintains continued education requirements and regular and predictable attendance. 
• Performs other internal audit Dep. duties as assigned.
