Job Description

  • Turn the Creative, Media, Activations and PR strategies into actionable plans
  • Act as the internal agency for the Category Marketing Managers, attending to their media, creative, activations and PR briefs, and act as the contact link between the team and the respective agencies.
  • Manage the relationship and the day to day operations with the assigned Media, Creative, PR and Activations agencies
  • Brief the different agencies with the business needs and short list best proposals to share with Marketing Director and Category Marketing Managers
  • Drive the Media, Creative, Activations and PR Calendars and budgets under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
  • Negotiate quotations with agencies, and optimize the proposals and outcomes.
  • Lead and inspire the agencies for delivering the best technical outcome both artistically and financially.
  • Drive the media management process in coordination with Marketing Director, making sure Asfour is getting the best discounts and optimal spots in best relative channels
  • Drive the Creative Development process in coordination with Marketing Director.
  • Lead the preparations and executions for events and fares both in Egypt and internationally.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MARCOM and Events Management
  • A natural leader and a great team player with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Self-starter who can roll up sleeves and jump into execution.
  • An accommodating self-motivator with a positive attitude for change and a strong determination to improve things.
  • A perfectionist who has a strong sense of timing.
  • Previous experience as a MARCOM lead in Huge BTC Corporation or as an Account Director in Media and/or Creative agencies (mix of agency and client side experiences preferred).
  • Previous experience in managing Media and Creative developments processes from briefing to execution.
  • Previous solid experience in managing big 360 media budgets, involving ATL different channels like TV, Radio, Outdoors, and Print.
  • Previous solid experience in managing creative development and productions for TV, Radio, Outdoors, and print.
  • Strong events and fares planning and execution experience.
  • Rich local media, creative development and events management knowledge with strong relations in the Egyptian market (international experience in MENA region is a plus).
