Job Description
- Developing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness.
- Analyzing the target audience and identifying key channels for communication (Facebook, tiktok, Instagram, google, etc.).
- Creating diverse and engaging content tailored to each platform and targeting the appropriate audience.
- Establishing a posting schedule to regularly share content according to the audience's peak activity times on each platform.
- Organizing innovative contests and advertising campaigns to boost engagement and interaction with the content.
- Directing marketing efforts towards collaborating with industry key influencers to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytical tools and providing regular reports to improve the strategy.
- Organizing and training the team to ensure smooth coordination and communication among all parties.
- Maintaining continuous communication with customers through social media to understand their needs and meet their expectations.
- Guiding other employees within the organization on effectively using social media to enhance brand awareness.
- Developing performance standards and regularly measuring them to ensure the achievement of specific goals.
- Monitoring campaign and content performance regularly to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Periodically evaluating performance and adjusting the strategy based on the achieved results.
- Providing detailed reports to management to clarify the progress of work and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Directing efforts towards improving content and increasing engagement based on feedback and analysis.
- Adapting the strategy according to changes in audience behavior and market trends
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Business Administration
- Previous experience in managing social media for brands or similar projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms' tools and features and how to use them to achieve marketing goals.
- Ability to think creatively and create inspiring and engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand data and apply results to future strategies.
