The candidate will work on Odoo platform, the company provides SAAS applications developed to serve B2B solution & another solutions with multi-integrated APPS.

This is a permanent role, for a mid-senior Odoo developer with solid Python development experience to work on a large ongoing project.

Key Responsibilities:
Developments:

• Develop solutions / modules
• Develop or validate API's
• Maintain API's proper documentation
• Define and implement development standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices

Software Architecture / Integration design:

• Design / Implement software architecture; Focusing on Integration and API’s with other external systems.
• Improve & optimize the application integration scenarios
• Ensure scalability of the solutions on company "cloud" servers.
• Lead the integration project in association with technical head.

Team coaching:

• Coach, mentor & monitor performance for a team of 1 Odoo Developer
• Manage key stakeholders (Internal / external customers) to communicate effectively & solve any conflicts / problems

DevOps

• Set up a streamlined deployment pipeline
• Plan software releases
• Manage releases, tags, and versions
• Carry out safe and downtime-proof software releases

Technical Support

• Co-design technical support workflow with operation, customer service & sales team
• Resolve client’s technical issues
• Analyze technical issues and client feedback to inform solutions’ enhancement & new features.
