Job Description
- This is a role for someone who has experience in handling inbound inquiries via telephone or chat from UK - USA - Canada regions.
- We are looking for energetic, well spoken, polite English speakers who have experience in customer support or sales to handle our customers via telephone email or chat.
- These customers are users of our software and they have questions about how it works, if they stuck they need help, if there is an error etc.
- This is a non-sales role and purely customer service at this stage.
- Full training is provided to become familiar with the company and questions users can ask.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have experience with
- Answering phone calls in English and responding to questions, selling
- Answering emails or chat conversations in English
- Dialing outbound calls to speak to people in USA, EU, Canada, Australia
