Job Description

  • Work on Achieving Sales target and marketing objectives
  • Prepare sales promotions, offers, and presentation contracts and order forms.
  • Prepare, review Contracts with clients and handling contract signing procedures
  • Reply to customers' questions about products, prices, availability, the product uses, and credit terms.
  • Presents company services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Reply, handle and solve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Follow up with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Present customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • Monitor market, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Conduct surveys if needed on the market, completion, and customer needs
  • Perform some administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Identify and reach target audience and customers through the appropriate channel
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Manage the company's website, communications, and advertising through social media channels
  • Monitor market activities and competitors regularly through appropriate analysis of citation and optimization
  • Conducting contracts to sell and promote the company's products to customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers to reach the highest possible price
  • Create and maintain professional relationships with existing and new customers
  • Create and update a strong customer database
  • Prepare and send sales reports to the concerned parties.
  • Contacting customers after sales to solve problems and provide continuous support • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about job requirements

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Interior Design sales
  • Excellent Selling Skills
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Females only
