Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
- Implement a Plant Performance Tracking System which includes the key performance indicators covering all departments of the plant.
- Prepare an annual manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors
Job Requirements
- Suitable Bachelor's degree.
- Cairo resident is must.
- MBA certificate is must.
- DBA diploma is preferred
- Experience as General Manager from 5 to 10 years.
- Experience in multinational Co.
- Must have knowledge of business functions (Finance - HR - Operation - procurement )
- Experience in industrial field and manufacturing is must.
