Job Description
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution.
- Provide technical leadership to enterprise customers through a range of pre-sales support functions including, supporting product evaluations, pre-sales technical consultation, post-sales support advocacy, and proactive needs analysis.
- Deliver Solutions according to the customer needs
- Deliver technical presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences ranging from IT staff to the executive.
- Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and road map information.
- Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
- Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
- To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must.
- Good understanding of server, desktop technologies, and standards.
- CRM and GP dynamics are preferred.
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer
- Experience from (1-3 years) in The seam industry is preferred.
