Job Description

Decorative Glass is building a customer Service department dealing with elite customers that needs showy and unique decorations at their homes and villas. Get in touch with us if you want to know more.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team member
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product Teams
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maximum age 32 years old
  • Years of experience at least 5 year
  • Excellent English 
  • Males / female
