Job Description

Job Summary

We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To ensure daily preparation, entry and posting in Timberline Inventory Module of all documents relating to the store in & out flow including store receipts / issuance reports, internal transfer notes. 
  • To ensure proper adjustment / receiving report in case of store / material returned from Project sites which were already issued in the TIM.
  • To prepare the detail of slow moving and dead inventory.
  • To ensure monthly physical stock taking with Timberline.
  • To ensure daily physical checking of material received with delivery notes and reconciliations with purchase orders.
  • To ensure daily reconciliations of material issued / transferred with requisitions.
  • To prepare the write off forms of unusable and dead inventory.
  •  To prepare the records of inventory of both manual and computerized.
  • To implement and prepare the inward and outward gate passes.
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Any other task assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
  • Professional user of Computer Application (Oracle is a MUST)
  • Beheira & Cairo residents can apply as well
  • Very Good at English Language (Written & Spoken)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
  • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Skills to operate common office equipment
  • 5+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping in Constructions Sector.
