Job Description

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on expanding GOcardi pillars in the Retail and Wholesale, domains with eyes set on targets, total Sales volume and Marketing.
  • Conduct research to identify new Channels and Payment options using various methods including but not limited to cold calls,  advertising or other options to increase the retail sales and user acquisition.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets.
  • Promote the company’s products/services and assume a leading role in the company’s retail and wholesale plan.
  • Prepare  ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Keep and maintain a ledger and records of sales, revenues, and TPV generated.
  • Liaise with different internal departments to achieve business objectives including the Operations, Marketing and Engineering departments.
  • Translates the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive or a relevant role in an E-commerce website 4 years+ and overall experience from 7-10 years
  • Having a background in Marketing is a must
  • Knowledge of e-commerce products and ability to read numbers (sales & users)
  • Proven Sales and Marketing track record
  • Experience in online retail business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English is a must
